03/05/2012 Updated Fantasy Football - Latest seasons table With the season done and dusted with the exception of the play-offs and FA Trophy Final, it`s safe to assume that Foster United will be crowned team of the season with a lead of 169 points fro the next placed team of The Biking Moonraker. The final top three place is a straight fight between Jono`s Foxes and Hardenhuish Park with 21 points the difference. At the wrong end The Boy Wizard currently sits in last place 31 points behind Ginger and with Bazzers Babes 10th place in April moving him up two places into 19th. The Top 5 can be seen below

Hardenhuish Park successfully fended off all the challengers to take March`s crown with a 742 point total, Foster United continued their 100% record of finishing in the top 3 every month after claiming the runners up spot 12 points ahead of Jono`s Foxes. At the bottom AFC Pullen were powerless in their efforts to avoid last place. 01/03/2012 Updated Fantasy Football - February`s Result Foster United continues their great run of results by adding the February`s title to their list of achievements, Biking Moonraker comes in 2nd and the battle for 3rd is won by Lyn`s Losers. At the other end The Boy Wizard will be breathing a sigh of relief after missing the wooden spoon by just 3 points ahead of Bazzers Babes. We have calculated that the maximum points that could have been scored for February would be a huge 635 made up of the following teams: Fleetwood, Grimsby, Newport, Boston, Hinckley, Nuneaton, Dartford, Eastleigh, Sutton, Bury, East Thurrock, Wealdstone, AFC Totton, Chesham, Stourbridge, Ashton, Frickley & Northwich Victoria. ![]() Fact number 6 about Chippy Anish Kapoor the Turner prize winning Artist originally planned to have a 100ft Chippy Observation sculpture next to the 115ft Olympic Tower for the London 2012 games. Chippy pulled out of the project after seeing the above mock up after finding out that London Mayor Boris Johnson was heard to comment "he looks just like me, can you not put a big blonde wig on it " |
